Will I have to explain myself?

What if it turns out to be something else?
I was diagnosed with a small bilateral varicocele two years ago, and when the pain got worse earlier this year, I went to see Mr Alnajjar for a second opinion. Because it was bilateral, he referred me to a top radiologist for an abdominal ultrasound which identified a large abnormal growth on my kidney... He arranged for a follow-up CT scan and renogram within a few days, and referred me to a kidney surgeon... I will forever be grateful that he referred me for this ultrasound of my abdomen and not just my testes...
2024...I went to see him for sexual dysfunction issues and during examination he spotted a different condition (urethral meatal stenosis)...

I was very nervous about having a vasectomy. Having a conversation with someone while he is sewing your groin is a strange experience... But what do I know? I'll only experience one vasectomy. The real expert is a member of the team who assisted him. When Mr Alnajjar left the room the medic said "He's really good you know".
